Method of Use

Burners and Vaporizes
Add 5 drops to your burner or vapourizer for benefits listed above.

Blended Massage Oil / Bath
Mental Clarity can be added to your bath to stimulate your mental awareness or added to a carrier oil and used to mssage the body.

Precautions
Not for use on children under the age of 2 years, if pregnant use with extreme caution.Dilute in a carrier oil if using on the skin.

 Due to Lavender's versatility it can balance 4 of the major 7 Chakra's

• Throat - add a few drops to carrier oil and massage, add 5 drops to your diffuser.
• Third Eye- add a few drops to carrier oil and massage, add 5 drops to your diffuser.
• Crown - add couple of drops to your shampoo or add a few drops to a spray bottle of water and spray a mist over your head, add 5 drops to your diffuser.

Seek advice from a qualified armatherapy practitioner if you are pregnant or before using oils on children. A skin patch test before using any essential oils or blend is recommended. Do not put essential oil near your eyes or mucus membranes. If you happen to get pure essential oil on your skin, apply vegitable oil to the area first to dulate the oil. Water will only make the oil penetrate the skin quicker, vegetable oil can be any of your carrier oils or even cookinh oil. Discontinue use if any skin irriatation occurs.
