Our chakras are entry gates of or aura, they are constantly rotating, spinning and vibrating keeping or body in balance.

When one or more of or chakras are blocked or too open the energy does not flow harmonously and will result in or bodies

becoming unbalanced this will effect each of us differently

Each Chakra is associated to our endocrine system but as our body works as a system when one is out of wack it will soon affect the others, so it's reccommened to pay special attension to each of your chakras.

Method of Use

• Arrange yorself in a qiet peaceful setting, apply 2-3 drops of yor Sacral chakra oil blend to your finger tips and then lightly apply to your chakra point.  ( Never apply oil to your genitals, near your eyes or mucus membranes). Also avoid areas of yor body that have damaged skin or are prone to sensitivity or irritation.
• Once you have applied your oil focus on postive thoughts and intensions aimed towards balancing your Sacral Chakra.
• Practise your favorite session of Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Tai Chi etc even listening to relaxing inspiring music.
